The expected annual salary range for this role is $52,499.97 - $76,999.96 a year.

What you’ll do:

  • Review and analyze aged credits in accounts receivable, identifying potential unclaimed property liabilities and opportunities for resolution.

  • Collaborate with internal departments, including finance, accounting, sales, and customer service, to gather information and documentation related to aged credits.

  • Conduct proactive outreach to customers with aged credits, facilitating communication and providing assistance in resolving outstanding balances.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, disputes, and other issues related to aged credits, working closely with customers to reach mutually acceptable resolutions.

  • Document all interactions and correspondence with customers regarding aged credit, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.

  • Educate customers on unclaimed property laws, regulations, and reporting requirements, as applicable to their specific situation.

  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize aged credits and prevent future occurrences through process improvements, and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Monitor and track progress on aged credits resolution efforts, providing regular updates and reports to management.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable management, unclaimed property or in a finance/accounting role.

  • Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Moon Township PA – no relocation will be provided for this role. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field

Position Criteria:

  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment application and aging analysis.

  • Knowledge of unclaimed property laws, regulations, and reporting requirements a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Proven track record or driving process improvements, and delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications for data management and analysis.

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive customer relationships
