Accountabilities:

The Practice Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for promoting quality patient care and medical support services on a continuous basis for AMG Endocrinology, Metabolic and Nephrology offices, combining knowledge, skills of leadership, performance/quality improvement, communication, operations and business. Progressive management experience in a leadership/management level position and in clinical/specialty area(s),

• Compliance: Ensures compliance in accordance to federal and state regulations, fosters a culturally diverse environment. Demonstrates cultural competence in interacting with team members and clients/patients.

• Manages Change: Adapts to new challenges, embraces change, keeps staff informed of changes and the impact to the department, prioritizes and meets deadlines.

• Leadership: Effectively and consistently communicates to superiors, peers and employees. Routinely provides others with the information they need to do their jobs. Inspires staff and generates commitment to program and project goals.

• Accountability: Takes responsibility for personal decisions and actions. Demonstrates ethical behavior based on values consistent with expectations of leadership; eliminates favoritism; acts with integrity creating an environment of trust and mutual respect.

• Supervise Staff: Demonstrates competence in all essential functions of the clinical. Provides leadership, guidance and acts as a resource to staff.

Required:

Bachelors degree preferred

Preferred:

3-4 years progressive management experience in a leadership/management level position and in clinical/specialty area(s), and BLS certification preferred

• Metabolic, endocrinology/ and / or Nephrology experience preferred

• Practice outpatient experience preferred
