ManpowerGroup Fulfillment Associate in Morrisville, North Carolina

Our client in the production industry is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join their team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be part of their Shipping and Receiving department. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, warehouse experience and forklift experience.

Job Title: Fulfillment Associate

Location: Morrisville, NC

Pay Range: $18 - 19.35

Schedule: 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM (2ON/2OFF/3ON)

What’s the Job?

  • Inspect incoming shipments for defects or damage, record discrepancies, and notify management.

  • Maintain accurate records, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile stock discrepancies.

  • Load/unload trucks, verify packing slips, and prepare shipping documents (BOL, Packing List).

  • Tag, stage, palletize, and properly label raw materials and finished goods.

  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipping issues.

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of 1 year forklift, pallet jack and distribution experience.

  • Strong attendance record and willingness to work overtime as needed.

  • Proficiency in inventory systems, MS Word, and Excel.

  • Previous experience completing inventory or cycle counts.

  • Must be able to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs.
