ManpowerGroup Fulfillment Associate in Morrisville, North Carolina
Our client in the production industry is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join their team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be part of their Shipping and Receiving department. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, warehouse experience and forklift experience.
Job Title: Fulfillment Associate
Location: Morrisville, NC
Pay Range: $18 - 19.35
Schedule: 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM (2ON/2OFF/3ON)
What’s the Job?
Inspect incoming shipments for defects or damage, record discrepancies, and notify management.
Maintain accurate records, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Load/unload trucks, verify packing slips, and prepare shipping documents (BOL, Packing List).
Tag, stage, palletize, and properly label raw materials and finished goods.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipping issues.
What’s Needed?
Minimum of 1 year forklift, pallet jack and distribution experience.
Strong attendance record and willingness to work overtime as needed.
Proficiency in inventory systems, MS Word, and Excel.
Previous experience completing inventory or cycle counts.
Must be able to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs.
