rrPosition Summary:

rThis position\'s primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the house and university belongings within the house.

Duties will include:

• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• Dust and polish surfaces
• Organize and declutter spaces
• Make beds
• House related laundry
• Cleaning dishes
• Other duties assigned

rrMinimum Qualifications:

r

• High School Diploma or equivalent

{=html} <!-- --> - Three years experience as a Housekeeper or similar role in a residential or hotel setting - Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills - Multitasking with the ability to prioritize - Maintain confidentiality

rrPreferred Qualifications:

r

• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
• Experience with SDS (safety data sheets)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to interact with occupants, guests, and team members
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Skilled in laundry operations

rrPhysical Requirements & Working Conditions:

• Ability to
  • Move about and between venues for extended periods of time up to a full day of work
  • Lift, carry and/or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
  • Climb ladders, bend, stoop, work in high places
  • Move in and around confined spaces
  • Work in dusty and enclosed areas such as basements
