Requirements: - Silk screen printing experience needed or be mechanically inclined. - Able to manage working in a fast-paced environment. - Display excellent work ethic. - Take pride in your work . - Able to work as a team player. - Take the initiative to run and organize your silk screen production line . - Able to work 40-hour weeks with OT if possible. - Must be here on time every day. Job Description: - Operation of single-color and Multi-Color silk screen presses. - Reclaiming and cleaning screens. - Coating and burning screens. - Setting up Silk Screen Press and running production. - Mixing inks to match PMS colors. - Managing and organizing silk screen jobs to fulfill customer delivery dates on time . - Managing and organizing assistant for job date requirements.
