ManpowerGroup Bilingual Legal Assistant in Mount Vernon, Washington

Our client, In Mount Vernon WA, is seeking a Bilingual Legal Assistant to join their team. As a Bilingual Legal Assistant , you will be part of the administrative department supporting the lawyers assistant. The ideal candidate will have Great Costumer Services Skills, MS Office, and Great Communication Skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual (English & Spanish) Legal Assistant

Location: Mount Vernon, WA

Pay Range: $22-$24 p.h

What’s the Job?

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming telephone calls, assisting the caller with any questions they have, re-directing calls to Paralegals, Attorney or Office Management as needed, taking accurate messages, and following up on tasks.

  • Update office calendar

  • Communicate case information to current clients in person and via e-mail

  • Sort incoming Mail, scan, file, and fax incoming correspondence; distribute as needed to attorney, providers, and clients

  • -Maintain organization of all client’s files, open new files and send closed files to storage

What’s Needed?

  • Education: High school diploma or GED; College Certificate or Degree preferred

  • Experience: 1 year of experience working in an office setting as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist or Clerical Assistant

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)

  • Have a Driver Licenses and a vehicle to drive to some meetings
