PACCAR Inc. Powertrain Marketing and Aftersales Creative Services Manager in Mount Vernon, Washington

Requisition Summary This position is required to formulate and manage all aspects of the design and branding of PACCAR Powertrain marketing and training content. The person filling this role will be responsible for creation, photography/videography development, and maintenance of marketing and training materials including literature, guides, web assets, social media, and videos to support the marketing and aftersales teams. Be the creative center for driving visual content for various channels for marketing and training collateral. Job Functions / Responsibilities Responsible for the design, creation, optimization, and maintenance of marketing and training materials including literature, web, social media, and videosGrow and manage the social media channels for PACCAR Powertrain through ongoing video and photo content creation. Develop strategy to reach new audiences. Development and execution of video and photography production projects utilizing onsite truck and product assets to support training and marketing initiatives Understand marketing objectives and training programs, strategic positioning, and target audience to translate and develop into compelling visual content Ensure all design and content support PACCAR Powertrain's brand and culture Create high-impact presentations for internal and external audiences Maintain division graphic standards. Define and communicate division-branding guidelines. Serve as division brand subject matter expert. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual design, digital media, videography, photography, or related field required 10+ years relevant work experience required 5+ years of trucking industry experience preferred Self-directed and key decision-making competence with a sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple priorities Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint Demonstrable graphic design, video production and editing skills, and photography with a strong portfolio Aptitude to translate ideas into effective design concepts Competence in performing digital color correction, editing, and file transfer of artwork Experience with digital marketing and/or social media campaigns across various online marketing channels Demonstrate exceptional judgement, agility and collaboration when partnering with stakeholders Ability to travel up to 20% Company Information PACCAR is a Fortune 500 company established in 1905.
