Our client in Mountain Iron is looking for a full-time building maintenance person to do repairs and service to apartment buildings. Painting/wall repair, garbage disposals, dishwashers, stove and refrigerator minor repairs, snake drains, plunge toilets, leaking sinks, blind replacement, light maintenance/changing light bulbs and batteries, cleaning/grounds position /snow removal. Pick-up trash on property and maintain a clean and safe environment. Perform snow and ice removal including snow blowing, shoveling, and putting down salt, using a pick to remove ice build-up on sidewalks and walkways, parking lots, roofs, and common spaces. Notifies supervisor of any resident or safety issues. Interacts positively with residents to maintain good communication and resident relations. Accurately completes paperwork such as service requests and timesheets.
