Mindful Support Services Area Manager in Mountlake Terrace, Washington

Founded in 2011, we are a mental health organization dedicated to providing access to high-quality mental healthcare in our community. We offer business-to-business support services for independent therapy and psychiatric private practices, simplifying lead-generation, marketing, insurance billing, and payment collection processes. With over 1300 mental health providers and 20,000 patients per week across 12 locations and virtually via Telehealth in 5 states, we are committed to growth, transparency, and making an impact in mental health services.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple locations within our organization. This role requires an energetic and powerful leader who can drive process improvements, manage change effectively, and inspire teams to achieve exceptional performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, a strategic growth mindset, and a passion for making a positive impact on both our client and provider members.

Requirements

Leadership and Team Management

  • Provide strong, visionary leadership to Office Managers and staff across multiple locations.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term strategic growth and goals for the organization and be able to disseminate those strategies to tangible goals for your team.

  • Identify and mentor high-potential staff to prepare them for future leadership roles within the company.

Operational and Performance Management

  • Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of multiple locations within Seattle and surrounding areas to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards. This includes frequent travel to offices between Mountlake Terrace down to Tacoma.

  • Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.

  • Analyze key performance indicators and metrics to assess the performance of each location, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize provider success and the client experience. Report those metrics to key stakeholders.

Project Management

  • Identify, lead and manage projects aimed at expanding services, improving operations and enhancing provider satisfaction and client care

  • Develop project plans, set timelines and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet objectives and deadlines.

Community Engagement Leadership

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance the company’s presence and reputation in the region.

  • Collaborate with community organizations, local governments and other stakeholders to identify and address community needs and ways to build partnerships.

  • Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred but not required.

  • 5 or more years of experience in a leadership role with multi location experience preferred.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple facilities or locations

  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.

  • Project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, maintain timelines and communicate effectively through different milestones.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

  • Additional travel up to 20% may be required outside of designated territory.

  • Pay: $70,000-$90,000 annually
