As the Product Marketing Manager Business Applications Partner Marketing leading product marketing strategy for ERP partners, you are responsible for building partner capacity and driving partner GTM aligned with Microsoft solution plays. Dynamics 365 is leading the industry with advanced AI capabilities, which enable businesses to gain deeper insights, make more informed decisions, and drive operational efficiency. You will have the opportunity to help lead a partner strategy that embraces Microsoft’s position in AI, helping partners drive profitable outcomes while transforming their business as the industry shifts!

You have a history of delivering compelling marketing content that inspires your audience to act, contributing to pipeline and revenue.

The successful candidate will be accountable for designing and executing the partner Go-To-Market at scale. This includes building compelling core content, driving and influencing skilling initiatives, offers, creating narratives and communication plans, and more.

Responsibilities

  • You will build, land and execute the partner Go-To-Market that drives product pipeline and revenue through the SI Partner ecosystem.

  • You will build compelling and clear content that resonates with the ERP partner audience.

  • You will package and publish technical and sales readiness materials to ensure partners are well-equipped to position and implement our ERP solutions.

  • You will design and execute initiatives that empower partners to scale their practice by driving more qualified opportunities and deliver high-quality deployments.

  • You will engage ERP partners through scaled programs to drive GTM adoption and execution.

  • You are customer centric and will bring voice of the partner insights into engineering, marketing and other business avenues.

  • You are data driven and will measure and monitor partner performance metrics and adjust execution strategies to optimize results.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner GTM execution.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business

  • OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business

  • OR equivalent experience

  • Experience in building & executing partner programs and driving go-to-market initiatives at scale

  • Experience in product marketing, preferably in the ERP or similar solutions space

  • Experience understanding of partner ecosystems, partner business models, and experience in building partner Go-To-Market strategies that drive business outcomes

  • Experience in packaging and publishing technical and sales readiness materials to implement ERP solutions or related products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business

  • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business

  • OR equivalent experience

  • Knowledge with Microsoft’s partner programs and incentives

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning solutions

  • Experience in SI (system integrators) partner business models & building partner capacity & capability to drive go-to-market initiatives

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute comprehensive marketing plans

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated success in managing partner programs and driving GTM initiatives

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute comprehensive marketing plans

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment

  • High degree of technical affinity for ERP or related products

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
