Citigroup COO - Transformation Program Management & Oversights Analyst in Mumbai, India

Overview:

The Transformation Program Office is responsible for the governance of Citi’s Transformation Program and the related, centralized processes and procedures required to effectively manage the oversight and execution of the Transformation Action Plan.

The Transformation Governance & Process Sr Analyst will be a subject matter expert for Scoping & closure centralized processes and/or procedures applicable to all teams involved in this program, both within and outside of the COO. The Sr Analyst will need to effectively partner with stakeholders across the COO and business functions to drive compliance with closure processes, drive towards efficient and sustainable best practices. This role may also be involved in the creation and monitoring of reporting directly shared with the Regulators.

The work performed by the candidate will impact the effectiveness of the Transformation Program Office, which impacts the overall execution of the Transformation Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs Quality check of stakeholder delivered Scoping & Closure Summary documentation.

  • Liaises with transformation program groups, execution teams and Internal audit to ensure clarity regarding documentation requirements.

  • Advises stakeholders as governance and/or process subject-matter-expert for closure.

  • Manages and maintains recordkeeping documentation to ensure an audit ready environment.

  • Prepares metrics, tracks progress, conducts reconciliations and provides MIS/Dashboards to senior management.

  • Monitors reports to ensure appropriate process steps are followed by stakeholders.

  • Drives adherence to closure processes, procedures, methods, and standards.

  • Identifies and drives resolution of issues.

  • Supports planning and coordination of day-to-day activities.

  • Applies best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.

  • Works with regional and global team to implement the best standards across teams.

  • Support Issue and CAP creation and processing of approved changes as required.

Qualifications:

  • Overall Experience of 7-9 years with hands-on execution experience on program management and a good exposure to program governance activities

  • Excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office ,Tableau, JIRA, SharePoint.

  • Strong Data analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good to have knowledge on iCAP, PTS system.

  • Good experience on Stakeholder management.

  • Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact effectively.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced work environment.

  • Ability to work independently.

Education:

  • CA/MBA/Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
