  • You support various Employer Branding and Talent Attraction workstreams, including Events, Talent Insights, Enablement, Digital Candidate Experience, and Ambassadorship

  • You engage with our global Employer Branding community and support the implementation and adoption of our global strategy to local/business/country needs (i.e., consulting and governance)

  • You prepare presentations, consolidate data and feedback, and handle ad-hoc requests

  • You collaborate closely with our global cross-functional team and stakeholders

  • Staying updated on the latest Employer Branding benchmarks, trends, and rankings is your thing

  • You act as an enthusiastic ambassador for Employer Branding and Talent Attraction

Use your skills to move the world forward.

  • Currently you are enrolled as student (f/m/d) in business, communication, marketing, or a related field, with a weekly availability of 20 hours

  • You are experienced in Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, and/or Talent Acquisition, preferably within global or tech companies

  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, Canva or other graphic design tools are a plus

  • You are independent and precise in your work, maintaining a high-quality standard, motivated, proactive, and you are able to get things done

  • You are fluent in English, our primary working language

  • You are a passionate team player and fast learner
