You support various Employer Branding and Talent Attraction workstreams, including Events, Talent Insights, Enablement, Digital Candidate Experience, and Ambassadorship
You engage with our global Employer Branding community and support the implementation and adoption of our global strategy to local/business/country needs (i.e., consulting and governance)
You prepare presentations, consolidate data and feedback, and handle ad-hoc requests
You collaborate closely with our global cross-functional team and stakeholders
Staying updated on the latest Employer Branding benchmarks, trends, and rankings is your thing
You act as an enthusiastic ambassador for Employer Branding and Talent Attraction
Use your skills to move the world forward.
Currently you are enrolled as student (f/m/d) in business, communication, marketing, or a related field, with a weekly availability of 20 hours
You are experienced in Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, and/or Talent Acquisition, preferably within global or tech companies
You are proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, Canva or other graphic design tools are a plus
You are independent and precise in your work, maintaining a high-quality standard, motivated, proactive, and you are able to get things done
You are fluent in English, our primary working language
You are a passionate team player and fast learner
