The Team:
We are the External Communications team. We communicate with the public and the media. We communicate with target audiences directly or indirectly through media (newspaper/digital articles, for example) with the aim of creating and maintaining a positive image and therefore building a strong relationship with the audience reading these articles.
Communications Teams help companies and organizations with their relationships with the public. And reputation is everything - you could have the best product, but with a bad reputation, if the public doesn’t trust you, you won’t succeed.
The Role:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys Communications (inclusive Public Relations) & Marketing and team work. In this role, you’ll be a key player within the global communications team. Writing skills would be a plus.
The work you’ll do:
Help ensure that Celonis’ business strategy, initiatives, and projects are communicated to internally & externally
Organize team actions, coordinate team tasks
Compile coverage reports on company news as well as relevant industry news
Own weekly communications reporting, to be presented to executives and various spokespeople
Update award and speaking calendars; track submission deadlines and requirements
Collaborate in social and digital marketing efforts, assist with monitoring and drafting social media and metrics reports
Assist with ad hoc requests and projects within the communications organization; aid team in briefing materials for interviews and conferences
The qualifications you need:
You are motivated, passionate, resourceful and enjoy communications
English professional fluency required (& German writing skills a definite plus!)
An interest in integrated marketing communications programs (internal & executive communications, social media, press relations and analyst relations)
Familiarity with information technology, ideally also software / SaaS experience
Someone who is comfortable interacting with a variety of individuals across multiple markets
Writing skills
Project management skills are important
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Strong writer and communicator
