* *A Masters Level Clinician, under general supervision, performs evidence-based practice according to nationally-recognized standards to reduce symptoms and maximize recovery for individuals receiving services. A Masters Level Clinician ensures that all documentation of client contact and treatment services is complete, thorough, and accurate, to meet all agency, state, and professional standards. An employee in this class writes initial assessments that accurately build on strengths and deficits resulting in a DSM diagnosis. These assessments will include a history of mental health treatment, relevant family history, and current treatment recommendations. A Masters Level Clinician develops person-centered treatment plans that are written in the language of the consumer and reflect the consumer's goals and measurable objectives. A Master's Level Clinician may be required to be in an on-call rotation and performs other work duties as assigned.
