ALDI Recruitment Solutions Analyst I in Naperville, Illinois

In this role the Recruitment Solutions Analyst I will be for data management and ad hoc as well as regular reporting within the recruitment team. The analyst will work with all areas of recruitment, including Recruitment Selection and National Recruitment to create reports and analyze data. The incumbent will work with our CORE HR system as well as other recruiting technology. The ideal candidate will have previous reporting and analytics experience and some project management background.

Work Location: Naperville, IL

This role is eligible to participate in ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

•Proposes new solutions to leadership and executes approved initiatives.

• Consults on the selection of additional recruitment tools and technology.

• Liaises with Recruitment Marketing, Recruitment Selection and HR Information Systems.

• Communicates all analyses, insights, and conclusions to leadership by translating analytics into clear, understandable themes and identifying results that drive actionable insights.

• Recommends process improvements for area of responsibility.

• Conducts intake meetings with leaders as recruitment related reports are requested.

• Develops and refines recruitment reports as requested by the business.

• Interprets reports and consults with leaders based on the results.

• Provides ongoing reporting to leadership.

• Monitors Application Tracking System (ATS) and Human Capital Management system reporting and trends.

• Implements reporting enhancements for automation and consolidation.

• Identifies and/or develops tools to support the business.

• Demonstrates knowledge of recruitment reporting systems and recruitment software.

• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.

• Complies with ALDI privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Analytics or a related field required.

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Recruitment or Analytics required.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.

• Experience with HR analytics preferred.

• Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Physical Requirements:

• Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties.

• Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.

• Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.

• Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.

Travel:

• Minimal travel required as needed for job related duties such as training, project work and administrative tasks.
