What a typical day as a Financial Analyst I might look like:
Responsibilities:
l Effectively utilizes the appropriate methods of contact for the purpose of customer account unapplied cash resolution.
l Accountable for reductions in assigned portfolio, conducts root cause analysis of payment issues, and provides customers with necessary research information to resolve.
l Follows the appropriate method of escalation for non-responsive customers or complex accounts based on careful account and situation analysis.
l Effectively utilizes technology, systems, and tools to accomplish assigned resolution tasks and goals.
l Full range portfolio management required.

Qualifications:
l High School Diploma
l Minimum 1-year Prior Collections and Customer Service experience preferred
l Basic to intermediate accounting/AR background preferred
l Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge/Experience with Excel
l Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
l Personal accountability with elevated level of integrity
l Strong attention to details; solid focus and time management / utilization skills
l Effective analytical skills – root cause analysis, research and effective problem solving
l Fluid team player with ability to be successful in independent work settings, as needed
