Philips Sales Enablement Specialist - Service Solutions (Hybrid: Nashville, TN) in Nashville, Tennessee

Partner with leaders and stakeholders across the North America Health Systems Service Solutions Sales organization to enable sound decisions based on solid analysis of data and provide insight regarding interpretation of data and trends (explain the ‘what’ and ‘why’ of data results). You will be a part of a highly functioning and collaborative Sales Operations Team.

Your role:

  • Provide triage support to the Sales team, including adhering to standard processes and managing one-off situations requiring research and follow-up with a suggested solution path. Assisting the sales reps with contract support and maintenance tasks like resolving billing problems, determining contract entitlements, helping sales reps prepare and submit SFDC transactions, such as Opportunities, Budgetary Quote Requests, and more.

  • Support and research on new and renewed contracts, for items such as discount and pricing analysis (confirming entitlements, verifying configurations and contract information, etc.). Additionally, work on various reports to support sales reps, such as Service History Reports, Spend Data Reports, T&M Spend, Parts Usage, Labor Usage, and more. Assist with Sales general requests and, if needed, work with the correct teams to ensure the request is met on time.

  • As required, support general operational needs and projects. Develop and carry out data-driven continuous improvement projects and support Daily Management meetings, apply LEAN and Kaizen concepts (where needed) and become a super-user of Salesforce (SFDC), SAP and other technical tools.

  • You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience using your strong analytical abilities to think logically, accept business concepts, create insights, and make strong arguments and/or cases for action. You also possess a strong desire to put customers first and deliver quality work on time.

  • Your skills include Developing and maintaining relationships across multiple internal organizations, having excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to listen intently and convey complex information succinctly, working cooperatively and in tandem with stakeholders to create win-win outcomes, and SAP and SFDC experience, as well as Microsoft Excel proficiency, required.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (required), with a persistent, resourceful, and resilient demeanor, who consistently delivers quality work. Also, open and adaptable to different perspectives, ideas, and people with a desire to learn and apply new skills and knowledge in changing conditions.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You’re an effective communicator with the ability to influence and work with various stakeholders.
