Insight Global Sales Representative in Nashville, Tennessee

Job Description

A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for a Sales Representatives to join their team. These resources will be in a direct sales role that includes prospecting IT leads at banks, credit unions, brokerages, etc. in the market place. They will be analyzing, qualifying leads, and taking them through the sales process. This company has 414 firms across the U.S they've targeted and identified. These individuals will need to use their financial industry experience, knowledge, and expertise to prospect at those firms, reach out, dig in and analyze potential opportunities at those companies. This includes creating strategy when targeting and prospecting leads, building relationships, evaluating decision makers, strategizing with internal account managers and the Channel Manager to pipeline and execute on business deals.

This is a great opportunity to thrive within a strategic and collaborative team environment, and contribute to a growing client base. This is a small sales team so it is crucial this resource has previous experience selling an IT or SAAS product to IT leads at Banks, Brokerages, Credit Unions, etc. so they are able to immediately hit the ground running with little to no training. This team is excited to bring on driven individuals who are eager to join a growing company and bring different strategies to the table on how they can prospect on close on qualified leads and targets.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2+ years of demonstrated, direct Fintech B2B sales experience or selling SAAS products to IT, data, etc. teams at banks, credit unions, etc.

  • Experience going through the full sales lifecycle process from prospecting, cold calling, qualifying to closing business.

  • Lead gen tools such as FI navigator, zoom info, etc. to pull leads

  • Able to meet quarterly and annual revenue metrics

  • Working knowledge of Hubspot for outreach

  • Ability to work within a collaborative and motivating team environment

  • Open to 30% travel to visit prospects, attend conferences, etc.

  • Local to Nashville, TN and open to a hybrid schedule 3-4 days onsite

  • Strong communication and go-getter attitude that's excited to bring business opportunity to a company. - Salesforce exposure

  • Enterprise sales experience
