This position reports into Financial Applications Run State Manager and is based in Manila, Philippines.

What You Will Do
The FinApps Operational Analyst will be a founding member of the Kenvue FinApps teams as we exit the JnJ TSA agreement, responsible for the maintenance of applications such as Blackline, CoStar and KCRS.
Key Responsibilities
Primary point of contact for any FinApps service-related issues and associated resolutions and escalations, especially during financial closes
Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure system integrity ie SAP and IT support teams
Contribute to Blackline stand up, including defining and refining requirements, partner expectations and timelines cross-regionally
Ensure the usability and integrity of Blackline data by reviewing the accuracy and completeness of the ERP integration into Blackline
Proactively review data and resolve issues in a timely manner to mitigate any disruptions to the business
Data analysis on the usage and user maintenance of the applications within scope
Involved in the testing phases of production updates of FinApps to minimise business disruption and ensure accurate documentation
Co-ordination of continuous improvement by partnering with local businesses to drive efficiencies of FinApps usage
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting, finance, or related business discipline.
1-3 years’ experience within a multi-national organization
Excellent communication skills both oral and written & can communicate with various stakeholders.
The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements
Proficient in BlackLine, SAP and MS Office (particularly Excel)
Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve issues using own judgment and sense of initiative.
Ability to leverage technology to effectively work in a Global role is required
Agile in managing ambiguous and/or dynamic situations and multiple tasks simultaneously
