Summary You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst (Materials) in the Production Division, Public Works Department Norfolk of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC. Responsibilities You will perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluations of material and material handling. You will advise senior management on the effectiveness of program operations and make recommendations for process improvement. You will utilize MAXIMO to enter, extract, and correct data. You will apply extensive knowledge of basic Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
