Job Title: Distribution Supervisor
Job Description
The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for establishing daily production goals within the Distribution Center, improving performance, and leading both seasonal and permanent team members. This role involves developing processes related to quality, safety, cost reduction, and operations to aid continuous process improvements. The supervisor will train, lead, and coach team members towards meeting production goals, provide performance feedback, and assist the Operations Manager in resolving issues. This role is hands-on, requiring the supervisor to be on the floor 90% of the time, equipped with tools like iPads to facilitate coaching and development. There may be occasional involvement in cross-functional teams and lifting up to 75 pounds.

The role operates in a brand-new facility with shifts available as follows: Tues-Fri 6a-4p, Tues-Fri 4:30p-2:30a, Sat-Mon 6a-6p, Sat-Mon 6p-6a. The environment is not climate-controlled but is equipped with large fans, making it comfortable. The job involves movement of mobile and fixed equipment
