JOB REQUIREMENTS: Are you interested in joining a dynamic manufacturing team? Our client in Neenah is seeking a Machine Operator to join their growing company. In this position you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and production of our machinery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a keen eye for detail! Responsibilities: Reviewing customer orders and specifications Setting up and running the machine Making necessary adjustments to machine Installing the attachments for the product such as knives and extra unit punches Packaging product Verifying packaging and labeling details are correct before shipment Performing preventative maintenance on the machine Other duties as assigned General Information: Hours: Training will be Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm - Once trained hours are 3:00pm-1:00am, Monday-Thursday Length: Temp to Hire Pay: \$18.04/hr. when training on 1s. Then there will be a \$0.35 shift differential when on 2s - \$18.39/hr.
