The Neffs National Bank is seeking an Assistant Head Teller/Banking Associate Assistant Supervisor.
The Neffs National Bank is an independent community bank serving the Lehigh Valley for over 100 years. As the bank continues to grow, we are seeking a full-time Assistant Head Teller/Banking Associate Assistant Supervisor. The Teller is generally the first point of contact for customers and must greet them in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. He/she processes customer deposit and withdrawal transactions, loan payments, processes cashier checks, accepts and processes coin transactions, among other banking needs. The Assistant Head Teller performs the same duties as the Teller while also assisting the Head Teller/Supervisor with the operations of the teller line including training, scheduling and handling customer resolutions.
Candidate must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of banking/teller experience. Must have proficient mathematical skills, ability to accurately process transactions in a timely manner, a positive attitude, professional demeanor and be able to set a good example for the teller line.
