In this role you are responsible for managing the Implants sales team in the Netherlands and you will be reporting directly into the Managing Director Netherlands. Your team exists typically of Area Sales Managers responsible for their respective area’s in the country. As a people’s manager you constantly Motivates the sales team and creates a positive and energetic atmosphere, you plan and monitor the sales and the development of the team members. You collaborate in commercial strategies with other sales managers.

Sales Manager Netherlands - Implants

Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales results within the Implants portfolio.

  • Contribute to the overall Dentsply Sirona sales success by personal and team effort, for instance through lead generation for other products.

  • Manage, train and coach the sales team. Make sure each area manager is competent for his/her role, both in terms of product knowledge and in terms of commercial skills

  • Create and keep an excellent, positive and sales-driven atmosphere in the sales team.

  • Takes a collaborative approach, is a problem solver in complex situations and gains trust easily and quickly.

  • Builds long-term customer relations and shares valuable market intelligence internally with peers and the management team.

  • Represents Dentsply Sirona internally and externally following the Dentsply Sirona core values.

Requirements and Qualifications:

You have at least a bachelor’s degree with several years’ experience in the dental market, ideally and in particular the implants market. At least 5 years’ experience in a management role with proven people management and people development skills.

Excellent commercial and influencing skills (identify & capitalize on new opportunities) with a proven track record delivering very good sales results through a team.

You are digitally savvy, and you speak and write fluently Dutch and English .
