Working in the Motion System Drives in New Berlin, Wisconsin, you will be leading the execution of small projects, ensuring that they are executed in line with procedures, specifications, standards requirements and targets. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the order execution of engineer to order drives (LV(Low Voltage) and MV(Medium Voltage)) by coordinating the completion of factory/AMC/panel shop orders on time, within budget and scope. Overseeing all aspects of the execution of engineer to order drives. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of the assembly. Preparing reports for management regarding the status.This is a position with global grade 13Your responsibilities Project Management: Manage the execution of LV and MV custom drive orders on time within budget and the defined scope. Coordinate all activities related to executing the delivery of a factory/AMC/panel shop scope of supply, by allocating and following up on project tasks to accomplish all milestones Order Processing-General: Manage order processing for the renewables PG team. Can be project based or regular parts based orders. Follow order processing guidelines per ABB Policy Planning and Scheduling: Define all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans Project Execution and Control: Ensure that all jobs are delivered on time, within the defined scope and within budget. Track job performance and manages changes to the scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
