Job Title: Quality EngineerJob Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for daily scrap/rework recording, mode analysis, and countermeasure implementation. You will prepare for and run monthly scrap/rework meetings and create small group activities aimed at reducing scrap/rework. You will also manage customer claims which includes documenting, analyzing, reporting, recording, and creating countermeasures. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining certification documentation, organizing and running yearly internal audits, and acting as a Management Representative for yearly recertifications.
