This is a position with global grade 12This position reports to Head of Project Execution, PackagingYour role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a design authority for an engineering discipline. Each day, you will complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion System Drives. You will be mainly accountable for: *Coordinates engineering discipline across several projects. Provides engineering support for engineered-to-order solutions during the bid phase, execution, testing, installation and commissioning. Designs and conducts experiments, analyzes and interprets data. Prepares complete project documents. Serves as a specialist in drives application and technology. Scope incudes various VSI and LCI Medium Voltage Drives, converter transformers, induction and synchronous motors, excitation systems, switchgear, cooling solutions, UPS, PLCs, e-house installations, cables & bus ducts. *Supports Project and Contract Managers in issuing claims (new/change in scope of work, cost impact, time impact, risk quantifications etc.). Provides cost effective quality solutions as per customer requirement and delivers within budget and contract. Ensures adherence to safety standards and mitigation of potential risks. *Interacts with customers, officials, contractors and others.
