Fabrication Process Specialist, 1^st^Shift *New Bern, NC / Full-time *Your responsibilities
Perform set-up and operation of fabrication/surface treatment and waste water equipment to produce parts that conform to specifications with minimal variation. Perform maintenance of these machines. The machines include forming presses for sheet metal, bending machines for sheet metal, expansion machine for sheet metal surface treatment, and welding machines. Processes include washing and passivation of metal parts and bonding of enamel/paint materials to metal parts through cure oven/furnace. Trouble shoots processes and makes necessary adjustments or changes. Work Closely with Manufacture ENG to determine long term solutions.
