We are seeking a Data Scientist with Behavioral Science Experience to join our Behavior Change Intelligence Team at a leading pharmaceutical company. In this role, you will analyze behavioral data to identify trends and insights, utilizing SAS to run summary statistics, ANOVA, and calculate P values. Your expertise in quantitative data and behavioral science will be crucial as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement research studies. Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in SAS to run summary statistics.

  • Experience in running ANOVA and calculating P values.

  • Strong background in working with quantitative data.

  • Knowledge of behavioral science principles and their application to data analysis.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Strong communication skills to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Behavioral Science, or a related field.

What You Will be Doing:

  • Analyzing behavioral data to identify trends and insights using SAS.

  • Running statistical tests such as ANOVA and calculating P values to support research hypotheses.

  • Working with large datasets to extract, clean, and prepare data for analysis.

  • Collaborating with behavioral scientists and other stakeholders to design and implement research studies.

  • Communicating findings through reports, visualizations, and presentations to inform decision-making processes.

  • Staying updated on the latest developments in data science and behavioral research methodologies.

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and tools within the organization.
