We're looking for a Senior Product Owner to join Brightly's TheWorxHub CMMS Team. Your mission will be to assist healthcare and senior living organizations in overcoming their operational challenges by providing a next-generation enterprise work and asset management platform that enhances maintenance and operations efficiency.

The Senior Product Owner is a vital part of our Product Management team. You'll collaborate closely with our agile teams and engineering partners to define functional product requirements and manage priorities according to key delivery milestones.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop business and technical requirement documents, working with peers to translate these into a roadmap and execution plan.

  • Break down market requirements into detailed functional product requirements (user stories and acceptance criteria) for engineering and QA teams in an Agile environment.

  • Communicate priorities and goals at the start of each sprint in line with release goals, the roadmap, and associated timelines/dependencies.

  • Become a subject matter expert in relevant product domains, understanding target markets and users to guide product decisions.

  • Advocate for development best practices within the organization, including design, architecture, re-use, performance, and quality.

Knowledge & Experience Needed

  • B.Sc. in Computer/Communication Engineering or Computer Science with a minimum overall grade of "Very Good with Honors."

  • +5 years of product experience with an Enterprise SaaS solution, platform, or marketplace.

  • Experience in developing user stories and acceptance criteria and communicating business value to engineering teams.

  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to support decision-making.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently across all levels of the organization.

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
