Ultimate Care Inc Scheduling Coordinator in New City, New York
Ultimate Care NY is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in New City, NY!
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective scheduling of our home health care staff to meet the needs of our clients. Ultimate Care NY has been providing high-quality home health care services to the New York Community for the past 20 years. We are committed to delivering personalized care solutions to enhance the well-being of our clients.
Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (Onsite- M-F: 40 hours a week)
You Will:
Coordinate and schedule home health care staff based on client needs and availability.
Maintain accurate records of staff schedules and assignments.
Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure optimal utilization of staff resources.
Communicate and coordinate with clients, staff, and other stakeholders to address scheduling needs and changes.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and onboard new staff members.
Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies related to scheduling and staffing.
Ensure compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements.
You Will Have:
Previous experience in scheduling or coordination, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. ยท
Ability to adapt to new software and work models.
Knowledge of HHAeXchange
