The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Full Time Teller at our Lyon Crossing branch to join our family here at Zeal Credit Union.

If you have the qualifications listed below, this Member Service Representative - Lyon Crossing position might be just right for you:

  • At least 6 months of Customer Service Experience
  • Passion for helping others-truly enjoys working with, for and around people!
  • Enjoys problem solving and taking initiative to deliver a solution to our member(s).
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • High Attention to Detail
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous financial institution experience
  • Previous sales and cash-handling experience

Essential Functions of the Member Service Representative / Teller:

  • Balance teller drawer
  • Provide members with information on additional products and services to meet their financial needs
  • Maintain knowledge of Zeal Credit Union policies and procedures
