As the business grows, we are seeking smart, creative, and experienced individuals to join our talented

team!

KREWE is seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented Wholesale Manager, that will be based in New Orleans, to join our Wholesale sales team.

Job responsibility:

  • Manage the execution of sales and channel growth strategies, including strategic growth initiatives

  • Maximize brand penetration and profitability with each account

  • Support the onboarding, and management, and goal achievement of third-party rep groups

  • Take a proactive approach to making recommendations to further drive in-season business,

  • identifying and reacting to new opportunities by reviewing and analyzing sales data and feedback

  • from the team.

  • Prepare agenda and conduct weekly sales meetings

  • Effectively communicate needs of the sales department and execute those needs with other

  • departments

  • Review and analyze current sales processes and identify areas that need to be streamlined.

  • Identify, secure, and manage the execution of trade show opportunities

  • Support VP of Wholesale with day-to-day channel operations

Qualifications:

  • 5 - 7 years of wholesale sales experience including prior experience in eyewear

  • Track record of success in closing deals and achieving and exceeding revenue goals

  • Knowledge of wholesale industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

  • Knowledge of retail / fashion accessory buying cycles, fashion accessories industry, market trends,

  • and consumer behavior

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate favorable terms

  • and resolve conflicts

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to business challenges
