team!
KREWE is seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented Wholesale Manager, that will be based in New Orleans, to join our Wholesale sales team.
Job responsibility:
Manage the execution of sales and channel growth strategies, including strategic growth initiatives
Maximize brand penetration and profitability with each account
Support the onboarding, and management, and goal achievement of third-party rep groups
Take a proactive approach to making recommendations to further drive in-season business,
identifying and reacting to new opportunities by reviewing and analyzing sales data and feedback
from the team.
Prepare agenda and conduct weekly sales meetings
Effectively communicate needs of the sales department and execute those needs with other
departments
Review and analyze current sales processes and identify areas that need to be streamlined.
Identify, secure, and manage the execution of trade show opportunities
Support VP of Wholesale with day-to-day channel operations
Qualifications:
5 - 7 years of wholesale sales experience including prior experience in eyewear
Track record of success in closing deals and achieving and exceeding revenue goals
Knowledge of wholesale industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Knowledge of retail / fashion accessory buying cycles, fashion accessories industry, market trends,
and consumer behavior
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate favorable terms
and resolve conflicts
Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to business challenges
