Google Manager, Production and Fulfillment Management in New Taipei City, Taiwan

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, production management, supply chain leadership, or program or project management.

  • 5 years of experience managing people.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on mentorship and coaching.

  • Experience with budgeting, financial management, and performance reporting across multiple teams.

  • Deep understanding of semiconductor supply chain dynamics, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills at the organizational level.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.   • Lead and develop a high-performing team of custom silicon production and fulfillment professionals, setting performance goals and fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for custom semiconductor production and silicon fulfillment, aligning with organizational goals and optimizing resource utilization.

  • Oversee complete semiconductor supply chain management, collaborating with partners to ensure timely delivery, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Optimize custom silicon work-in-progress (WIP) management processes, analyzing data to identify and address production issues, reduce cycle times, and improve throughput.

  • Implement inventory management strategies across the semiconductor supply chain, utilizing data analytics to optimize COT production plans and inventory replenishment.
