Google Silicon Production and Fulfillment Manager in New Taipei City, Taiwan

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in silicon supply chain operations management, silicon program, or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and supply chain management software.

  • Understanding of custom semiconductor supply chain dynamics, wafer fabrication, assembly, and testing processes.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.   • Coordinate all aspects of order fulfillment, from processing to delivery, ensuring on-time shipments and adherence to customer requirements. Partner with logistics providers for optimal shipping and cost reduction.

  • Implement and leverage WIP tracking to gain full visibility into production status. Analyze data to identify and resolve issues, minimizing cycle times and maximizing throughput.

  • Collaborate closely with planners and Production Ops to develop and execute production schedules that align with customer demand, optimize resource utilization, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Develop and implement inventory strategies tailored to the semiconductor industry, ensuring sufficient stock while minimizing excess.

  • Analyze COT production and supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities. Develop reports and dashboards to track key metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
