Our goal is clear: to connect PepsiCo’s food & beverage portfolios, with today’s hyper-connected, networked users and consumers hungry for meaningful, authentic and relevant brand experiences across multiple touchpoints and regions of the world.Responsibilities* PepsiCo Design and Innovation function’s global operational initiatives inclusive of creating and implementing standardized and scalable processes, governance frameworks, and tools. Also, in charge of continuously auditing and identifying new opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the function* Partner with senior design executives to lead the ongoing development and improvement of creative operational workflows, service models, and overall org design* Create scalable processes for end-to-end connectivity across global and regional design teams* Build and launch global governance systems, trainings, and tools inclusive of formalized best practices and frameworks to ensure operational excellence and compliance* Create and rollout documentation and training on creative workflows, best practices, tool usage, and design metric reporting* Manage studio wide infrastructure initiatives and rollouts in partnership with the IT team e.g., SharePoint launch, digital assets management system* Own platform management for key project management systems used to generate, track, distribute, and report on design activities e.g., Monday.com* Develop, analyze, and track key metric dashboards; building reports that are actionable and automated for senior design leaders* Own design value data management and reporting, continuously looking for ways to amplify design value storytelling* Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate design performance as well as identifying trends and strategies to improve* Own relationship with finance partners and related tasks (ownership of function budget, budget allocations, management reporting etc.)* Continuous mining for opportunities to be more efficient, streamlined, and integratedCompensation and Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100 based on a full-time schedule.* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree required.* 8+ years of experience leading operations within a large, complex organization (Design function preferred);* Self-driven, thrives in ambiguous situations and is capable of achieving results in a heavily matrixed and global environment with little direction* Highly analytical, able to interpret and translate data, visual models/dialogue and aggregate into tangible plans and meaningful actions to drive results* Strong strategic thinker with proven track record in process design and re-engineering* Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong executive presence.
