Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a one day a week Accounts Payable Clerk in New York. This role is situated within the real estate industry and will involve working with both commercial and corporate real estate.
Responsibilities:
• Accurate data entry to maintain customer records.
• Processing customer credit applications in an efficient manner.
• Proactively monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.
• Entering invoices into the Skyline software.
• Handling accounts payable effectively.
• Ensuring the accurate processing of checks.
• Maintaining high levels of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of all tasks.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and operations
• Experienced in entering and managing invoices
• Skilled in data entry and record-keeping tasks
• Familiarity with Skyline software is desirable
• Knowledge of commercial real estate industry practices
• Understanding of corporate real estate dynamics
• Ability to process checks accurately and promptly
