Congregate Housing Assistant Building Manager in New York, New York
Conduct minor building repair work within a six floor building such as but not limited to: Door Lock Repairs, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Carpentry, Floor and Bathroom Tile replacement. Also will assist porters with preparing rooms for new move-ins.Certifications Required: A35 and F02
Minimum Salary: 30,000 Maximum Salary: 30,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
