Beacon Hill Staffing Group Assistant Property Manager in New York, New York

Our client, a real estate developer, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm and this role is in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships
  • Assist in providing the administration for engineering, cleaning, repairs, remodeling, etc.
  • Coordinate and oversee tenant appreciation/property events
  • Facilitate tours, manage building work order system, and provide phone coverage
  • Schedule and oversee amenity/conference center use, including food and beverage
  • Oversee and coordinate building personnel and services
  • Assist with common-area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations, monthly reports, annual budgets, and account payable functions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2+ years hotel or property/facility operations experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with work order management systems and real estate accounting software preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
  • Up to $90-110K base depending on experience + bonus
