Manage phases for multiple projects, including development, testing, and deployment, to ensure accurate alignment with application architecture and business objectives. Drive successful delivery of flexible and scalable solutions that meet overall business requirements including developing sprint scope, providing detailed specs and functionality walkthrough to developers pre- and post-development phase, and assisting QA with execution of systematic and ad-hoc test cases across environments. Perform technical analysis on existing technology infrastructure and systems to form a high-level view of present capabilities and future opportunities for improvement on Fixed Income Sales Trading Tools. Implement flexible, scalable, and robust data schema on AMPS, Database, and ION components to meet the dynamic needs of various projects on fixed-income sales Trading Tools. Implement complex data collection and tuning of ad-hoc reporting queries using SQL. Perform data validation checks and diligence in reviewing data to be leveraged on fixed-income sales Trading Tools. Host daily scrum sessions with the Globant Tech Development offshore team. Manage E-Trading team DevOps, QA, and Release cycle and lead release and QA reporting process improvements across E-Trading projects. Drive the adoption of Fixed Income Sales Trading Tools best practices and build standard processes for developers and QA. Perform Level 2 tactical support for Fixed Income Sales Trading Tools including troubleshooting issues, fielding questions on the production environment with front office users, and working with support and developers to implement solutions. Work closely with the business management COO team, sales, traders, and quantitative analysts to better understand the business processes, analyze their requests, and gather project requirements and prioritization. Document and review application requirements, procedures, technical architecture, use cases, and troubleshooting FAQs for Fixed Income Sales Trading Tools.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role* *All of the required experience must have included experience with: utilizing knowledge of Front Office Fixed Income Sales and Trading system; utilizing knowledge of Fixed Income Products, Buy and Sell Side market structure, and E-Trading protocols; understanding Sales to Trader workflows; utilizing knowledge of bond pricing and analytical mathematical and pricing libraries; working with business stakeholders and technical team leads to develop the precise technical and business project roadmap; facilitating business process integration efforts between diverse groups; communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences; understanding Fixed Income ION Trading Platform; utilizing knowledge of AMPS message bus; utilizing knowledge of Bloomberg TOMS Risk and PnL system; Atlassian Suite of DevOps Tools, including Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Confluence; Python; utilizing advanced SQL knowledge across database platforms including Oracle, Postgres, MSSQL, and RedShift; understanding automated testing and deployment processes; and Linux/Unix and Windows OS.
