We are rapidly growing our B2B marketing efforts here at SiriusXM Media-building a team that matches the power and potential of our product suite, sales force, and listener base. As part of our growth, we are looking for our next key position: an Associate Director of B2B Marketing Operations.

Here's what we know: our marketing automation campaigns are already a highly effective channel and significant contributor into total lead pipeline. And here's what we need: someone to take it to the next level. That's where you come in. Not only will this role make an enormous impact on decision making and the bottom line, but the opportunity is unlimited. As we continue to build our integrated marketing organization, martech stack, and overall presence as an audio advertising empire, we need a marketing operations leader who can help us develop and refine our integrated marketing and measurement strategy.

As part of our team, you will own strategy, contribute into cross-functional initiatives, and lead projects from start to finish. This is a first-time role, so you also have the ability to make it your own and set up a structure to help take our organization, and your career, to the next level.

What you'll do:

  • Ultimately, own marketing efficiency via across all O&O channels/platforms, driving optimal ROI across multiple audience segments and lines of business
  • Work closely with Enterprise Systems to manage the tech stack for the B2B marketing team and ensure systems are properly utilized, integrated and maintained.
  • Properly evaluate and develop strategy for new tools into the marketing tech stack on an as-needed basis.
  • Build and optimize the full funnel marketing automation strategy including lead scoring, lead nurture programs, and regular email cadences.
  • Develop and execute on a robust audience segmentation plan across the marketing automation lifecycle.
  • Own the speed and efficiency of lead creation, testing out new forms, chatbot playbooks, landing page layouts, and email cadences.
  • Oversee the creation and proper application of marketing attribution modeling and analytics tools to establish KPIs and regularly report on performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across marketing systems and platforms.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the systems and processes that facilitate the efficient handoff of leads from Marketing to Sales.
  • Lead and build a team of CRM, marketing operations specialists, analyst, and consultants across platforms and businesses.

What you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in the B2B space.
  • 5+ years of people management experience required
  • Strong proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Experience with Instapage, Bigmarker, Drift, Jifflenow, Funnel.io, Hubspot, and Marketo Measure/Bizible are also a plus.
  • Preferable (but not required) experience in media or knowledge of the media industry.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance data.
  • Experience managing and growing a team.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $105,200 to $149,300 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
