Provide technical software application development and maintenance support for the Bank’s tier 1 payment and compliance applications as part of the Payment & Compliance Support Team. Handle business user requests, resolve technical issues, and configure and deploy applications carrying out payment instructions using the SWIFT, CHIPS, FEDWIRE, CHAPS, and SEPA & BACS payment channels. Work with compliance and money laundering applications which support the screening of payments against external sanctions feeds from the various regulators. Develop software applications and implement enterprise application deployment strategies. Perform server administration, including maintenance fixes, vendor provided patches, and investigation and troubleshooting. Maintain and manage software release processes, and create and update technical documentation. Collaborate with different teams to design and integrate software systems; obtain information on project limitations, capabilities, and interfaces; and develop specifications and performance requirements.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration with concentration in Management, plus five years of progressive post-Bachelor’s experience in the position offered or a software developer or project manager position.ORMaster’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration with concentration in Management, plus three years of experience in the position offered or a software developer or project manager position.*All required experience must have included working with SWIFT Messaging and Standards (MT, MX), Alliance Access - administration and configuration, SWIFT Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform and Alliance Connect products set (SNL, HSM and VPN), and Alliance Messaging Hub including installing, configuring, and preparing POCs transformations and customizing transaction workflows; using SWIFTNet Link SWIFT Customer Security Control Framework (CSCF) and SWIFT Customer Security Program (CSP); automating, deploying and supporting solutions scheduled; applying business rules to transform data using ADF transformations; building pipelines to extract and transform data from source to target in Azure Data Factory (ADF V2); creating dependencies of activities in Azure Data Factory; scheduling jobs in Flows and ADF pipelines using triggers; and performing unit testing and validating target data to ensure the coding correctness.Telecommuting is permitted from any U.S. location.#LI-DNI
