Citigroup Consumer Product Sales Senior Analyst (Balance Transfer), U.S. Branded Cards in New York, New York

Citi’s U.S. Branded Cards business has a unique opportunity to leverage its consumer relationships, technology and leading credit cards position to deliver customer value in a targeted and impactful way. To deliver on this mission, we are seeking to hire a Balance Transfer Consumer Product Sales Senior Analyst to be part of the U.S. Unsecured Lending organization and report directly to the Balance Transfer Product Head. Balance transfer is an on-card lending feature that allows consumers to manage their credit repayment burden and is part of Citi’s lending continuum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain understanding of Balance Transfer product, including customer needs, competitive environment, and the operations and customer experience of the product

  • Monitor product profitability and performance against financial targets; analyze variances and track metrics such as marketing expenses, originations, loans, number of transactions and ticket sizes

  • Review analytical dashboards and support performance monitoring, including but not limited to competitive intelligence, digital funnel reporting, channel reporting, etc., to ensure product operates as intended on an ongoing basis and provides a seamless customer experience

  • Manage product roadmap of initiatives, ensuring cross-functional awareness and alignment with partners and supporting continuous improvement in the Balance Transfer product and experience

  • Coordinate and prepare presentations for effective updates and reviews with senior management and partners

  • Work closely with cross-functional partners, such as Finance, Risk, Analytics, Marketing, and Digital, to execute on agreed priorities within established operating plans and timelines

  • Support ad hoc requests from management as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Analytical skills with the ability to source, analyze and distill data into insights

  • Execution and results oriented with a desire to drive change and continuous improvement

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented

  • Relationship building skills and ability to partner with a large cross-functional team to drive results in a matrixed environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

$109,120.00 - $163,680.00
