As a Senior Manager Assistant, you will report directly to the EDDS Vice President Assistant supporting the Chief Data Officer/Executive Vice President (CDO/EVP) of EDDS. The ideal candidate has outstanding planning, strategic thinking, communication and organizational skills, with a proven track record of operating independently within a high performing, fast paced environment. The individual will partner with the EDDS leadership team in balancing day-to-day business priorities, owning key operational process and reporting functions, as well as providing strong project management and coordination across EDDS wide initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Executive Office and bring a sharp project management approach to all tasks, anticipate project risks and issues to avoid compromising planned ceremonies.

  • Create centralized and governed processes to streamline executive office operations.

  • Plan and manage the logistics of important high-profile events, such as Town Halls and leadership and planning team meetings, colleague engagement events, and more.

  • Provide guidance in partnership with CA&C for key internal communication deliverables (e.g. organizational announcements, colleague experience communications, EDDS wide updates via slack or email, etc.)

  • Represent EDDS as the campus program relationship lead and coordinate campus activities

  • Support the preparation of presentations for senior level audiences

  • Support the Vice President Assistant to drive various critical and time-sensitive tasks across the EDDS senior leadership team.

  • Provide general project management to various EDDS wide executive office projects and programs.

  • Build strong working relationships across the organization and with key partners to enhance collaboration and problem solving, and serve as a central point of contact for the executive office and EDDS reporting.

  • With guidance from the Chief of Staff, lead general project management and special projects requiring analysis and data consolidation, evaluating and developing insights on opportunities that influence the strategic direction of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting an executive office or program management type of role.

  • Self-starter who can operate independently in an ambiguous space, and proactively take charge to drive critical tasks forward.

  • Data and results driven. Ability to synthesize large spreadsheets of information and craft a compelling story from data.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite; particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to clearly, effectively and comfortably communicate with various senior and executive leadership.

  • Highly organized with acute attention to detail, ability to pivot quickly between micro and macro tasks, and proactively identify areas of focus and priority.

  • Ability to forge a strong network and positive relationship with colleagues and business partners.

  • Lead without direct authority

  • Positive, can-do attitude, and a sense of humor.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
