LRN Corporation Environmental Compliance Operations Analyst in New York, New York

Perform analyses of business goals, systems, and objectives focusing on environmental compliance; and plan and design business processes and tools to make recommendations for improved sales execution. Develop sales initiatives including sales metrics, forecasts, and reporting; and use systems and data to resolve business issues. Draw on environmental scientific background to act as subject matter expertise on environmental compliance and broader ethics and ESG compliance policies and serve as trusted advisor to LRN Leadership and Content Teams and clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of LRN programs. Analyze clients’ regulatory goals and make recommendations for compliance training programs with an environmental focus. Act as liaison with high level audiences including chief ethics & compliance officers, and HR executives. One set of LRN’s most popular training courses, as well as a significant portion of our advisory work, revolves around issues categorized as “Environment, Social and Governance” (“ESG”). The environmental aspects of the training must often be tailored to the specific operations of clients, most notably in manufacturing, LRN’s largest market segment. As environmental regulation at the national and state level as well the process to reduce emissions and other pollutants is quite complex and often data-driven, deep knowledge of the environmental regulations and the data analytics to support compliance reports is a necessary skill set to sell and support manufacturing clients in their ESG efforts. This knowledge is normally required through higher level formal education in Environmental Science or a closely related discipline.
