SR. EXECUTIVE EQUITY COMPENSATION SPECIALIST

COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate.

As the Senior Executive Equity Compensation Specialist, you will join our global total rewards team and help strengthen COTY's equity program with internal stakeholders and external vendors through accurate, robust and secure processes. You will daily manage the ELTIP programs and ensure compliance with reporting and regulative obligations.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively manage the overall activities of ELTIP (equity) and other executive compensation administration, as a point of contact and center of expertise
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Shared Service center and vendors) to manage the executive compensation inquiries and communications
  • Manage integrity of plan participant and equity data, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Support key processes of the ELTIP and Board of Directors' rewards activities:
    • Manage the list of eligible participants and related admin steps
    • Lead the year-end grant and vesting processes by:
      • liaising with the different HR payroll countries and provide accurate and timely inputs to facilitate payroll processing
      • consolidate data and implement in dedicated tool
      • ensure global compliance on tax, social security
    • Prepare communication documents to recipients and stakeholders
  • Prepare recurring and custom reports to support executive compensation reporting, policies, auditing and data integrity initiatives related to compliance, plan documents, and regulatory filings and disclosures (e.g., proxy statement, Form 10K, 10Q)
  • Support the administration of global executive compensation programs including:
    • executive base pay and benefits
    • executive team market benchmarking and pay ratio
    • build reports, dashboards and metrics for data monitoring and validation
  • Provide support with ad-hoc total rewards reporting, market benchmarking and analytics
  • Participate in or lead other projects with the global total rewards team

QUALIFICATIONS

We'd love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or relevant business field strongly preferred or equivalent experience in a compensation / financial service and / or a regulated environment
  • Minimum 3-year experience in Rewards, HR Analytics or Finance / Accounting
  • Equity Administration experience in a global business highly preferred
  • Proven organizational and analytical skills and high attention to details
  • Ability to take own initiative and work independently and seek proactive solutions to problems
  • Respect deadlines, anticipate work-flow
  • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
  • Ability to be neutral and confidential and deal with sensitive information. A high level of confidentiality is required
  • Strong customer service orientation including a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor
  • Strong knowledge of general HR practices, policies, and guidelines is not mandatory but ability to learn on these
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office notably Excel
  • Fluent in English

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000
