Wells Fargo Finance Senior Manager - Corporate Finance FP&A Team in NEW YORK, New York
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Senior Manager to join the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Team within Corporate Finance. This individual will lead the enterprise regulatory reporting cycles including Stress Testing, Recovery Planning, Resolution Planning, and Legal Entity Forecasting.
This role will partner closely with cross-enterprise finance, treasury, capital, liquidity and risk teams as well as manage a high-performing team to drive efficient delivery, perform enterprise reviews & challenge and support the subsequent delivery/submissions of regulatory deliverables.
In this role, you will:
Deliver against multiple regulatory and internal financial forecasting and regulatory reporting cycles including Stress Testing (e.g., CCAR, Y14Q, Y14A), Recovery Planning, Resolution Planning, and Legal Entity Forecasting
Stress Testing: provide forecast guidance/rules to LOBs and Functions, challenge forecast results, and aggregate company P&L
Recovery Plan & Resolution Plan: enterprise owner of end-to-end coordination and development of the financial forecasts (full balance sheet and income statements for several legal entities); dotted-line reporting to company's Head of Recovery & Resolution Planning
Legal Entity (LE) forecasting / Financial Crisis Management (FCM): enterprise owner of end-to-end forecast execution for several Tier 1 legal entities
Maintain and enhance financial forecasting models/methodologies
Partner with Finance Transformation Office on identifying, prioritizing, designing, socializing, and implementing streamlined/enhanced/automated finance processes and tools
Lead or contribute to ad-hoc projects, building consensus around approaches, delivering expected outcomes, and presenting to senior executives:
Present in meetings with regulatory agencies on results from processes and exams
Present at management committees and internal legal entity Board meetings with OC and OC-1 participants
Deliver against heightened control expectations (RCSA, COSO, etc.)
Lead, manage and develop a team focused on efficient process delivery and achieve established objectives
Required Qualifications
6+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of Management experience
Desired Qualifications
BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting
Prior hands-on leadership experience in FP&A / Stress Testing at the enterprise or line of business/divisional level at a large/complex financial institution
Strong understanding of the strategic, financial, capital, liquidity, risk and credit sides of banking
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to articulate and present financials, projects and data in a clear, succinct manner with the ability to influence decisions
Proficiency with Essbase for reporting and analysis; experience using PowerBI and/or Alteryx a plus
Prior management experience leading a high-performing distributed team
Job Expectations:

Pay Range
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
