Position Responsibilities

Leads a team with several members offering guidance, training, and support to ensure high-performance levels.

Actively participates in the timely and accurate processing of invoices - ensuring proper coding, approval, documentation, and payment.

Supervises data entry, validation, and processing of invoicing for operating costs, consultants, and employee expense reimbursements.

Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures are in compliance with the Firms policies and procedures.

Enforces and enhances internal controls to prevent fraud for the firm and errors within the team.

Implements strategies for all project assignments while supporting the development of staff knowledge.

Creates and drives new ways of working by contributing to the development of services, standards, and procedures based on the business principles that protects the Firm from financial and legal risk.

Collaborates with the broader Finance team to facilitate a smooth month-end closing process and address any discrepancies.

Leads special projects that increase efficiency of team leveraging technology and streamlining business processes

Engage in general accounting activities, including research, journal entries, and reconciliations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor' s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

A minimum of 8 years of prior experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role in an international company.

Experience with leadership roles and adept at problem-solving capabilities.

Strong project management and analytical skills, including planning, execution, cost and time management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, leadership, vendors and clients.

Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail.

Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task responsibilities while working under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization

Compensation for this role is based upon experience, qualifications, location, and education and typically ranges from $115, 000 to $145, 000.
