What You Will Do:

L’Oréal USA is looking for a passionate, pro-active and detail-oriented candidate to join the L4TF team focused on driving a best-in-class digital shelf experience for our new Friends and Family Digital Platform. As a content champion, you will be customer obsessed, focused on developing & leading content measurement framework in line with our product and brand standards for the Excess & Obsolete product to allow for a productive and beneficial experience for the sites users. This includes the development of content playbooks, process, best practice to ensure content is productive to drive sales. They will manage the broader digital toolkit as it will relate to this unique site. This may include Syndigo, Bazaarvoice, Consumer Loop, One Space and Amazon/eRetail Tech. This candidate must have excellent communication, presentation, & digital merchandising expertise with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while managing internal and external resources to effectively bring projects to life.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage, Distribute & Communicate Content Playbooks Ensuring all brand requirements are Being achieved.

  • Commercialize, Maintain Integrity and Expand Functionality of Digital Toolkit as it Relates to PDP Content Strategy and Measurement across Digital Accelerator, eNAMs and Omni-Shopper Marketers as it relates to this site.

  • Collaborate with Brand and Omni-Shopper Marketing Teams to Support ECommerce Digital Merchandising Opportunities.

  • Manage content Workflows to Streamline Communication, Improve Timelines & Ensure Publication

  • Manage Syndigo Enhanced Content Reporting and Relevant Trends Distributed Monthly to Cross Functional Teams to Drive Onsite Traffic/Conversion.

  • Drive Digital Shelf Measurement & Reporting Across the Organization to Provide Actionable Insights/Recommendations to Drive PDP Optimizations to Ultimately Improve Conversion.

  • Manage Quarterly Business Reviews with key stakeholders to ensure service levels are meeting all brands guidelines & expectations

  • Co-develop content Learning Agendas by Brand for E&O in Partnership with Commercial & Marketing Teams & Establish Clear Measurement Framework to Drive Continuous Optimization.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related function required

  • 4+ years of Digital Marketing, Digital Shelf, or Content Creation Experience

  • Strong Understanding of the Digital Industry. Beauty and Content Experience a Plus

  • High Proficiency in MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint are a Must Have Skill. Ability to Create High Impact Presentations and Proficiency in Telling a Cohesive Story

  • Must be Skilled at Executing Within Tight Timeframes with Excellent Attention to Detail, Accuracy, and a Sense of Urgency.

  • Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities Simultaneously and Meet Multiple, Competing Deadlines

  • Exceptional Written & Verbal Communication Skills

  • Must Demonstrate Strong Analytical, Organizational, Critical Thinking, and Problem-Solving Skills

  • Ability to Gather & Synthesize Data across Multiple Sources to Formulate Insights

  • Promotes a Culture of Collaboration and Teamwork Within the Ecommerce Merchandising Team

  • Process-Oriented Mindset Along With High Level of Curiosity

  • Ability to Take Initiative, Act Proactively & Drive Projects to the Finish Line

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $ $100,400 - $143,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
