Job Summary

Manages the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategy for cross-enterprise advertising solutions, which involves (but is not limited to), performing marketplace analyses including customer segmentation, aggregating customer feedback from collective sales teams and incorporating into product development cycle, developing economic incentive structures and monitoring business KPIs. Develops financial and operational objectives and coordinates cross-functional execution, ensuring operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Monitors sales pacing and provides reporting visualizations and updates to senior management.

Job Description

  • Work with sales leads at NBCUniversal , Freew h eel and Comcast Advertising to understand customer needs and pain points across multiple customer segments

  • Analyze and depict current behaviors at agencies - including where spend is allocated , what ad tech vendors they use, what clients they have – how those correspond to their overall agency priorities and incentive structures

  • Analyz e and communicate current behaviors of non-agency clients and trends/priorities within that marketplace

  • Conduct marketplace analyses to understand competitive landscape and market customer segmentation; overlay to NBCU/FW/CA GTMs and customer bases

  • Assist in development of solution supply strategy and perform associated business case analyses to support strategic direction

  • Facilitate working sessions with sales t eams for each customer segment group to develop a go-to-market plan for new services

  • Coordinate macro agency touchpoints and align internally across teams to reinforce (vs. Compete)

  • Develop talking points and inform sales materials for our sales force to pitch new products and solutions to the market

  • Develop plan for taking new sales offerings to market for longer-tail of SMB and Performance-first buyers

  • Support and help drive business model innovation work and economic modeling exercises associated with creating new product proposition

  • Assist with the design and implementation of employee engagement plans that inform, educate and enhance the understanding of the Company’s new products, services and experiences ; develop ongoing education program with broader teams to ensure product fluency

  • Ensure holistic project governance maintained and support sales deployment strategy

  • May assist with design and manage incentives and other programs as necessary to achieve critical milestones to success.

  • Partners closely with cross functional teams and business units to design methodologies and review feedback and insights to inform future plan s and execution.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $123,232.92 - $184,849.39

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
